Half of all hospitals infected with superbugs - protect yourself

Remember these four simple but powerful steps:

1) Wash your hands frequently, even if others tease you about it. (You can't be too obsessive about it when you're in a hospital!)

2) Insist that medical staff (including doctors) wash their hands before touching you. Superbugs are spread when doctors touch other patients and then touch you without washing their hands! (Superbugs also ride on doctors' ties and stethoscopes).

3) Consider ways to boost your immune function with sound nutrition such as zinc, probiotics, and natural upper respiratory defenses.

4) Don't go to hospitals unless it is an emergency or unless standard doctor's offices cannot provide the healthcare you require (such as for a surgery).

And lather yourself with the free antibacterial gel hourly if you DO have to go! And do like the long lived Japanese... wear one of those free disposable medical face masks!

Ain't just hospitals, it's anywhere the sick and immune-depressed gather.

Hope you don't visit granny in the home!
